shutterstock_282174338 (1)LinkedIn has over 500 million users with several hundred thousand in the real estate industry. The platform provides a great opportunity for brokers to generate new business, which is why we strive to provide brokers with the tools to have successful social media marketing strategies. (Check out our Broker Resources Page for lots more!) We recently added new white label flyers that brokers can use in their marketing, and we strongly suggest adding them to LinkedIn. Here’s how:

  • Download the flyer you want from our Broker White Label Flyers.
  • Personalize it with your business contact information and save the word document as a PDF. Learn how to save a word document as a PDF.
  • Upload your new personalized marketing flyer to your LinkedIn Feed. You will use the document button highlighted below to upload a PDF:

    Select Document Uploader

  • Once you have uploaded the PDF, you should be able to preview it in the post box:

  • Title the document whatever you’d like. It could be “Contact Me to Start Your Vacation Rental,” or “Your Name, Top Broker.”

  • Add some content. You could talk about a loan scenario with one of your borrowers and/or a solution you were able to provide a client. Also, consider incorporating hashtags. What is really cool is they will auto-populate for you

Content and Hashtags

  •  Post away! And keep in mind, the more you engage with your connections, the more they will engage back—helping you get more exposure.

Once you have your clients, send them on over to your Designated Account Executive to earn up to 5 pts per closed loan. Happy LinkedIn Marketing!
