Who is eligible to participate in the Referral Program?
Anyone who knows a landlord or investor can participate, as long as you are 18 years of age or older and provide a W-9.

What is considered a valid referral?
A valid referral is considered a named contact with current contact information who is interested in working with Visio Lending to expand their rental portfolios. A valid referral is not a contact already in the Visio Lending database or a family member/business partner of the Referral Partner. Referral Partners also cannot refer themselves.

How do I submit a referral?
You can submit referrals through the “Ways to Refer” page on our platform. There are seven methods to refer to us including:
- Send an Email
- Post to Facebook
- Post to Twitter
- Post to LinkedIn
- Get a Personal URL
- Print Cards
- Suggest a Referral

How will I know if my referral is successful?
You can access the status of your referrals at any time through the “Referral Status” page on the Referral Program platform.

Is there a limit of how many people I can refer?
There is no limit. Refer away!

How long will it take for me to get paid on my referral?
Reward processing begins the following month after your referral’s loan has closed. Keep in mind, closing on a loan takes longer than other purchases, so do not get discouraged if your referrals have not been successful. Also, please note that we will need a W-9 and bank information in order to process your payment. These can be completed on the “Tax Info” and “Bank Info” tabs of the Referral Platform respectively.
