Connect with Real Estate Investors in these 3 LinkedIn GroupsLinkedIn is a great tool for networking with real estate investors and industry leaders, such as brokers, wholesalers, property managers, and more. And you can connect from anywhere in the world, as long as you have Internet access. While LinkedIn enables you to search for individuals based on industry and location, there are also several established groups to connect with people and expand your industry knowledge with educational posts and discussions. Here are three of our favorite groups:

  1. Pete Asmus’ Real Estate Networking Group

This group boasts over 560,000 members and aims to build a global community on LinkedIn to provide educational and networking opportunities for those dealing in commercial or residential real estate.
  2. Real Estate Investors Referral Network

This group is dedicated to helping investors connect with other investors, keep updated on current market trends, and find real estate agents who specialize in working with investors. There are over 26,000 investors, builders, real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, and lenders in this group.
  3. Real Estate Investing Forum

This is a smaller, but easier to navigate group with 597 real estate investors. Their main focus is wholesaling and rehabbing properties, but they welcome all industry leaders.

To join these groups, type each name exactly as above in LinkedIn. They all require membership approval, but chances are, if you are in the industry, you will be approved in no time. Happy connecting!
